Growing up, I struggled with weight gain and low energy. I tried every fad diet and quick fix, but nothing seemed to stick. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom – feeling sluggish, unmotivated, and stuck – that I realized I needed to make a change.
My turning point came when I discovered the joy of running. It started with short walks around my neighborhood, gradually increasing to longer runs and more intense workouts. As I progressed, I began to notice changes in my body and mind – more energy, better sleep, and a clearer sense of purpose.
But it wasn’t just about the physical transformation. I also learned to listen to my body, honor its needs, and prioritize self-care. I discovered the importance of nourishing my mind, body, and soul with whole foods, mindfulness, and meaningful relationships.
Today, I’m passionate about sharing my journey with others and supporting them on their own path to wellness. I believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life – unscripted and authentic.
